A verified petition is filed by the Jimmy M. Frayre, petitioner, praying among others for the correction of error in his sister’s certificate of live birth with the MCR of Pola, Oriental Mindoro and in the National Statistics Office, Quezon City,

The petition being sufficient in form and substance, the hearing is set on September 02, 2010 at 8:30 in the morning, with notice to all concerned to appear and show cause why the relief sought for should not be granted.

Let this Order be published for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province, at her expense. Let this order be furnished the office of the Solicitor General, 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
