NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
“Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135 as amended by Act 4118, filed by RURAL BANK OF POLA (OR. MINDORO) INC., with business address located at Socorro, Oriental Mindoro, against, CATALINA CORREA MONSANTO, widow, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Barangay Matulatula, Pola, Oriental Mindoro, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of July 14, 2008, amount to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 200,000.00), excluding interest, penalties, attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned Sheriff of Pinamalayan, Or. Mindoro, will Sell at Public Auction on August 24, 2010 at 10:00 O’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice Bldg., Del Pilar St., Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro to the highest bidder, for CASH or Manager’s Check and in Philippine Currency, the following property/ies together with all its improvements thereon, to wit:

“An agricultural public land, situated in Barrio Matulatula, Mun. of Pola, Prov. of Or. Mindoro and all existing improvements thereon. Bonded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Faustino Ramos; Psu-124098; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4, Alejandro Loncanaya; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Perfecto Vargas, (Psu-125376) and on the W., and NW., along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19, by Bahid Creek; and on the NE., along lines 19-20-1, by Faustino Ramos (Psu-12498). Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (112,685) SQUARE METERS, more or less”. Registered in the name of Catalina Correa, widow.
All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.
In the event to public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on September 7, 2010, without further notice,
